THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY,
HAVING SEEN resolution CIES/RES. 482 (XXVIII-O/94) "Horizontal Cooperation"; and
TAKING INTO ACCOUNT the results of the Seminar to Evaluate and Reorient Horizontal Cooperation in the Economic and Social Area,
RESOLVES:
To take due note of the conclusions and recommendations on the future of horizontal cooperation and the partnership for development contained in document CEPCIES/1827/94 "Report of the Rapporteur of the Seminar to Evaluate and Reorient Horizontal Cooperation in the Economic and Social Area."
