Agreement
is to
establish
the regulatory framework
to carry
out
the
digitization
of at
least
7.281
specimens
of pollinating species
in El Salvador,
distributed in
the following
groups:
mammals
(bats,
1.364),
birds (hummingbirds,
3.877),
butterflies
(1.200
)
and
bees
(840).
Data
recorded
on
the data base
of
SalvaNATURA.
The fields
including
for each of
the
specimens
are:
Registration,
Sex
of the specimen
collector,
the
species
name,
common name,
collection
date,
longitude,
latitude,
altitude,
date
of determination,
Location
, Type of
habitat,
exact
site
of
collection,
municipality.
In
some
cases,
plant
species,
common name
of the
plant.
According to
this objective,
the organization
will use
the
protocols
and
standards
of
the
Network
IABIN
Pollinators Thematic
