Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Meets with Acting Deputy Secretary General of the Commonwealth

The OAS Secretary General met today with the Acting Deputy Secretary General and Director of the Political Affairs Division of the Commonwealth Secretariat, Amitav Banerji, at the headquarters of the hemispheric organization in Washington, DC.
Secretary General Insulza and Secretary Banerji discussed the agenda of the OAS General Assembly to be held in Antigua, Guatemala, and the political situation in the Americas, especially the Caribbean, South America and Central America.
Secretary Banerji attended the meeting accompanied by the Head of the Office of the Deputy Secretary General of the Commonwealth, Yvonne Apea Mensah.
