Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

Joint Summit of the Americas Working Group Met in Panama

Within the framework of the VII Competitiveness Forum of the Americas, the Joint Summit of the Americas Working Group (JSWG) met today in Panama. The Working Group is composed of several international and inter-American institutions that support the follow-up of mandates within that process, as well as the preparations for the VII Summit of the Americas to take place in Panama City in 2015.
During the meeting, the institutions that are part of the Working Group discussed potential initiatives aimed at identifying common ground and creating synergies among countries on issues related to infrastructures and technology, which are the main focus of the VII Forum and pillars of the Inter-American Competitiveness Network. Both topics were also the focal points of the VI Summit of the Americas, which was held in 2012 in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia.
