Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Received the Director of Hemispheric Affairs of the Canadian Foreign Ministry

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today received the Director of Hemispheric Affairs and Haiti Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development of Canada, Marianick Tremblay, at the headquarters of the institution in Washington, DC.
During the meeting the two discussed politics in the region, in particular the most current problems. In addition, they discussed the process of debate over the strategic vision of the OAS currently underway, opened by Secretary General Insulza himself. Moreover, they talked about the close cooperation on development between Canada and the OAS.
Director Tremblay participated as a speaker in the special meeting of the OAS Permanent Council to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Declaration on Security in the Americas,
