Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

Permanent Council Applauds Work of the OAS Secretary for Administration and Finance, who Finishes his Term

The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) today recognized the work performed by the Secretary for Administration and Finance of the General Secretariat, Gerald Anderson, who will finish his work at the institution at the end of the year.
During the last meeting of the year of the Permanent Council, the Secretary General of the OAS, José Miguel Insulza thanked Anderson for “the tremendous work he has done in probably one of the most difficult jobs of the Organization.” “He has done an excellent job,” added Secretary General Insulza, and highlighted that “we have progressed enormously under his leadership.”
