Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Meets with Deputy Foreign Minister of El Salvador

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS) met today with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Integration, and Economic Development of El Salvador, Carlos Castaneda, in the framework of the 44th General Assembly, which will end today in Asunción, Paraguay.
At the meeting, Secretary General Insulza underscored the progress made by the Central American country in the areas of security and peace and reaffirmed the continued support of the OAS in this regard. For his part, Deputy Minister Castaneda expressed appreciation for the support the OAS had extended during the recent presidential elections through its Electoral Observation Mission.
Also present at the meeting was the Permanent Representative of El Salvador to the OAS, Ambassador Joaquín Maza Martelli.
