Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Receives Vice President of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today received the Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá, Colombia, María Isabel Agudelo, at the headquarters of the Organization in Washington, DC.
During the meeting, the two discussed the cooperation between the OAS and the Chamber, specifically its relationship with the Young Americas Business Trust (YABT), an international non-profit organization that works together with the OAS General Secretariat to promote social and economic development of young people around the world. They also discussed the promotion of small and micro-enterprises, and the role of youth in entrepreneurship, among other issues.
Also present at the meeting were the CEO of YABT, Luis Viguria, and the Program Manager of YABT, Edgar Maestre.
