Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

Book of Poems “Memories in Serenade” Launched at OAS Columbus Memorial Library

The poetry collection, “Memories in Serenade,” by Kevin M. Isaac, was launched today at the Columbus Memorial Library of the Organization of American States (OAS) in Washington, DC. The author, an official in the Office of the OAS Assistant Secretary General, said all proceeds from the sale of the book will be donated to a children’s music and soccer program to be launched July 15 in a small Haitian village.
The event was supported by the Group of Friends of the Library, chaired by the Permanent Representative of Costa Rica, Ambassador Enrique Castillo Barrantes.
The publication, presented to a group of Member State representatives, Permanent Observers and OAS staff, consists of more than 80 short poems.
