Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS and International Road Transport Union Sign Cooperation Agreement

The Organization of American States (OAS) and the International Road Transport Union (IRU) today signed a Cooperation Agreement that seeks to improve competitiveness and access by the Member States of the hemispheric Organization to international markets, optimizing the capacities of each country to create public policies in the road transport sector.
The document also establishes collaborative efforts to facilitate the insertion of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in global trade by improving supply-chain management of goods and services and ensuring the mobility of people and goods through road transport.
The agreement was signed at OAS headquarters in Washington, DC by the OAS Executive Secretary for Integral Development, Ambassador Mauricio Cortes y Costa, and the IRU Secretary General, Martin Marmy.
