Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, participated today in the dialogue on the Preservation and Promotion of Democracy in the Americas, held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru.
The conference, held to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Interamerican Democratic Charter, was inaugurated by the President of Peru, Ollanta Humala and attended by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of that country, Rafael Roncagliolo, and former President of Colombia and former OAS Secretary General, Cesar Gaviria
