Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Informed CARICOM Heads of Government on Mission to Paraguay

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today attended in Saint Lucia the Thirty-Third Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) to inform on his recent visit to Paraguay and to listen to the position of the regional organization on the political crisis in the South American country.
The head of the Hemispheric Organization recounted details to the Caribbean high authorities of his trip to Asunción where he led a mission, comprised of several Representatives of Member States to the OAS, in order to gather on-site information on the crisis and prepare a report to be presented Monday to the Permanent Council.
