Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Meets with Foreign Minister of El Salvador

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, met this morning with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of El Salvador, Hugo Martínez, in the headquarters of the Foreign Ministry. Insulza was accompanied by his Chief of Staff, Ambassador Hugo de Zela, and by the OAS Representative in the Central American country, Ronalth Ochaeta.
Secretary General Insulza and Foreign Minister Martínez discussed the outstanding issues on the regional agenda and the development of the situation in Paraguay. The two agreed that the countries of the hemisphere should work together in search of common ground that can help to overcome conflicts such as the one being experienced in the South American country.
