Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

Permanent Council Interviews Candidates for IACHR Membership

The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will hold a special meeting on Friday, May 5, 2017 at 10:00 EDT (14:00 GMT) in Simón Bolivar Hall at OAS headquarters in Washington DC, to hear presentations by the candidates for membership of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR).
The meeting will include a round of questions and comments from member states and responses and comments from the candidates. The three vacancies in the IACHR will be elected by member states at the OAS General Assembly to be held in Mexico on June 19-21.
