Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

UPDATE: Permanent Council to Set Date for Meeting of Foreign Ministers on Situation in Venezuela

The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS), will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, May 10, 2017, at 10:00 EDT (14:00 GMT) in Simón Bolívar Hall at the headquarters of the organization in Washington, DC., to discuss the preparations for the Meeting of Consultation of Ministers of Foreign Affairs on the situation in Venezuela and to discuss the change of venue of the General Assembly, which will take place between June 19 and 21, and to elect a new member of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR), among other topics.
