Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Permanent Council Presents Draft Resolutions to be Debated at the General Assembly in Santo Domingo

The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, May 25, 2016, at 10:00 EDT (14:00 GMT) in Simon Bolivar Hall at the headquarters of the Organization in Washington, DC, to submit draft resolutions to be forwarded for consideration by the OAS General Assembly in Santo Domingo from June 13 to 15. During the meeting, the Council will also receive a presentation from the new Presidency of the Summits of the Americas Process recently taken over by Peru, among other topics.
