OAS Secretary General to Present his Book "Democratic Governance: OAS 2005- 2015"

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, will present the book "Democratic Governance: OAS 2005 - 2015," which includes the most important achievements of his tenure at the hemispheric institution on Tuesday, May 19 in Washington DC.

The publication will be presented in the framework of the 60th Lecture of the Americas, by the President of the Inter-American Dialogue, Michael Shifter, and the Director of the Latin American Program at the Wilson Center, Cynthia Arnson.

The event will also include a question and answer session and will serve as an opportunity to share the challenges and progress of the hemispheric institution during the last decade.

The lecture will be broadcast live on the OAS Website.
