Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. Press Conference "Americas in Dialogue-Our Common Home” on Thursday September 8

A press conference presenting the conclusions of Americas in Dialogue-Our Common Home forum will take place on September 8 after the meeting of His Holiness Pope Francis with the forum participants.
The event will feature Pope Francis, the Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), Luis Almagro, ministers from various countries of the Americas, ambassadors to the OAS, members of the judiciaries of the region, Christian, Jewish and Muslim religious leaders, and distinguished members of the academic world, among others.
The Dialogue is part of the initiative “Protecting our Common Home: Ensuring Rights for More People in the Americas,” launched by the General Secretariat of the OAS and other partners, which is focused on participatory, inclusive and inter-religious dialogue and the rule of law and justice.
The objective is to create a platform for dialogue between the countries of the OAS, that supports reconciliation and the search for solutions for the protection of our Common Home, and to produce a Plan of Action for the next three years.
The First Encounter “Americas in Dialogue-Our Common Home” on September 7 will feature presentations by Cardinal Jean-Louis Tauran, President of the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue, OAS Secretary General Almagro, Presbyter Guillermo Marcó, Muslim leader Omar Abboud y Rabbi Daniel Goldman.
