Secretary General to Present to Honduran President Proposal to Combat Corruption and Impunity

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), Luis Almagro, will present on Monday, September 28 at 11:00 EDT (15:00 GMT) to the President of Honduras, Juan Orlando Hernández, a proposal to combat corruption and impunity in the Central American country.
The proposal, which resulted from the numerous meetings held by an OAS team in recent months in Honduras, comes in response to a request from President Hernández to the Organization.
