Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. INFORMATION NOTE FROM INTER-AMERICAN TELECOMMUNICATION COMMISSION (CITEL) AND AFRICAN TELECOMMUNICATIONS UNION (ATU)

The CITEL Executive Secretary, Mr Clovis Baptista and the Secretary General of ATU, Mr Jan Mutai, today signed a co-operation agreement between the two organizations.
The agreement has been developed in the spirit of the purposes of the International Telecommunication Union in promoting and providing a framework for
- exchange of information and documentation
- co-ordination of positions
- strengthening the relations between CITEL and ATU and with the ITU
- exchange of views during preparations for ITU Conferences and Meetings
- development of telecommunications in the two regions.
The two regional organisations have taken a significant step in fostering co-operation that will provide benefits to them, as well as facilitating improved interactions with ITU and amongst ITU Member States and Sector members in the two regions.
