Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

Statement from the OAS General Secretariat on the elections in Guatemala

The General Secretariat of the Organization of American States (OAS) reaffirms and endorses the conclusions of the OAS Electoral Observation Mission in relation to the electoral process in Guatemala, as well as the observations and recommendations also formulated by the European Union.
Likewise, we urge the powers of the State, Legislative, Judicial and Executive, to respect the separation of powers, the integrity of the electoral process, as well as the work and conclusions reached in this process by the Electoral Authority of Guatemala and by the organizations that have conducted international electoral observation. The importance of maintaining the aforementioned integrity and respect for the expression of the people through the vote is essential to maintain the fullest confidence in the elections by the citizens and the international community.
The OAS General Secretariat will continue to monitor and support the ongoing institutional and electoral process in the country.
