In accordance with the Agreement signed between the Government of Nicaragua and the General Secretariat of the Organization of American States (OAS) on October 15, 2016, which is available here, a meeting was held in Managua, Nicaragua, on October 20, 2016 between the delegation of the General Secretariat and the delegation of the Government of Nicaragua, resulting in agreement on the agenda for the dialogue.
