Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, met Wednesday with the former Permanent Representative of Honduras to the OAS, Carlos Sosa Coello, who offered his farewell to the Secretary General and the OAS Permanent Council.
“I feel sad because of the departure of Carlos Sosa Coello, who will always be remembered for his intelligence, capacity, sympathy and equanimity. I wish him well in his return to his country”, the Secretary General said.
