Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. OAS Permanent Council Submits 2013 Budget to the General Assembly

The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) today agreed to submit to the General Assembly of the hemispheric organization the budget proposal of the General Secretariat for the year 2013. The highest body of the OAS will meet tomorrow, Thursday, November 15, at 11:00 EST (16:00 GMT) in Washington, DC, to consider its final approval.
The budget proposal agreed to today by the Permanent Council was arrived at by the Member Countries in the negotiations carried out by the Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Affairs (CAAP) and provides to the General Secretariat a total of $83.870 million.
During the session of the Permanent Council, the Chair of the CAAP and Permanent Representative of Canada, Allan Culham, and the representatives of Venezuela, Bolivia, Nicaragua, Colombia, Ecuador, Chile, the United States, Brazil, Peru, Saint Lucia (on behalf of CARICOM), Barbados and Panama all took part.
