Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

45th General Assembly and Presentations during Plenary Sessions

Article 60 of the OAS Charter establishes that there will be a Preparatory Committee to the General Assembly comprised of all member states. Its functions are established by the Charter, as well as by the rules of the General Assembly.
On May 14, 2015, the Committee, taking into account the nature of the current regular period of sessions, decided not to allow representatives of any Organ, Agency, or entity to make statements during the Plenary Sessions of the forty-fifth regular session of the General Assembly.
The reports of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR), the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, the Inter-American Juridical Committee, and the Justice Studies Center of the Americas were presented to the Commission on Juridical and Political Affairs of the OAS, on May 7, 2015, March 26, 2015, February 5, 2015, and April 20, 2105, respectively.
