Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

The role of the Technical Cooperation Section is to effectively position the OAS – Executive Secretariat for Integral Development (OAS-SEDI) in its efforts to optimize partnerships, build alliances and networks, leverage development assistance and provide more targeted technical cooperation initiatives.
This includes moving towards an alliance model that is designed to offer Member States options for securing development assistance that is community based, locally delivered and responsive to their specific capacity building needs, as they lead and manage their own socio-economic development.
