Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. Department of External and Institutional Relations
On July 14, the OAS received 60 SOUTHCOM Military from Colegio de
Altos Estudios Estratégicos de El Salvador. Aline Hommes, Specialist,
Department of International Affairs, Secretariat for External Relations
escorted them on a tour through the Historical OAS Main Building. Agustín
Vásquez Gómez, Minister Counselor, and Cesar Martínez, Counselor of the
Permanent Mission of El Salvador to the OAS spoke on the role and functions
of the Permanent Mission of El Salvador to the OAS. Irene Klinger, Director
Department of International Affairs, Secretariat for External Relations
welcomed the group and gave an overview of the organization. Raúl Lago,
Principal Advisor, Department of Political Affairs gave a specialized
briefing on Democracy. Analía Banfi, Specialist, Inter-American Commission
on Human Rights, gave a specialized briefing on human rights. Rafael
Franzini, Assistant Executive Secretary, Inter-American Drug Abuse Control
Commission, Secretariat of Multidimensional Security, gave a specialized
briefing on security concluding the session.
