Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. Department of External and Institutional Relations
On May 10, the OAS received 33 military from the Comando Superior de
Educación del Ejército de Guatemala. They were guided on a tour through the
OAS Main Building by Aline Hommes, Specialist, Department of International
Affairs, Secretariat for External Relations. Irene Klinger, Director,
Department of International Affairs, Secretariat for External Relations,
gave an overview of the Organization. Mario Lopez, Senior Specialist,
Executive Secretariat for the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights gave
an informative briefing on human rights in the Americas. Victor Rico,
Secretary, Secretariat for Political Affairs, gave a briefing on Democracy,
and Christian Taboada, Specialist, Department of Public Security,
Secretariat for Multidimensional Security gave an informative briefing on
security threats and issues in the Americas. The Session was concluded with
comments by Permanent Representative of Guatemala to the OAS, Ambassador
Jorge Skinner Klee and Ambassador Lionel Valentín Maza, Permanent Alternate
Representative, of the Mission of Guatemala to the OAS.
