Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. ‚ Le Canada croit que la mise en oeuvre de la résolution 822 de l’OÉA et le travail de la mission spéciale de l’OÉA sont les meilleurs outils que nous ayons pour faire des progrès tangibles vers une sortie de crise en Haïti et organiser des élections crédibles en 2003.
‚ Nous sommes déçus que le CEP n’ait pas été formé à la date indiquée dans la résolution 822. Nous souhaitons que le processus entamé se continue afin que le CEP soit formé sans délai.
‚ Le Canada en appelle à la bonne volonté de tous les acteurs concernés, le gouvernement d’Haïti, les partis d’opposition, la société civile, la communauté internationale, afin que tous participent activement à la mise en oeuvre de la résolution 822; il ne faudrait pas poser de conditions irréalistes ni attendre les circonstances idéales.
