Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Meets with the Director for the Americas of the European Union

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, met today with the Managing Director for the Americas of the External Action Service of the European Union, Christian Leffler, at the headquarters of the hemispheric institution in Washington DC.
Secretary General Insulza and Managing Director Leffler discussed the current political and economic situation in the region, as well as human rights, regional alliances and the agenda of the next OAS General Assembly, to be held in the first week of June in Asunción, Paraguay.
The OAS Secretary General and the representative of the European Union also talked about the Report on the Drug Problem in the Americas Analytical Report and Scenarios Report, which was produced by the OAS under the supervision of Secretary General Insulza and which will be analyzed by the United Nations in 2016. Moreover, they discussed issues related to the security situation in Central America, the progress in the Mission to Support the Peace Process in Colombia (MAPP-OEA), and the negotiations for peace in the South American country.
Secretary General Insulza received the delegation of the European Union together with his Chief of Staff, Hugo De Zela; the Executive Secretary of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR), Emilio Álvarez Icaza; the Executive Secretary of the Inter-American Drug Abuse Control Commission (CICAD) of the OAS, Paul Simons; the Director of the Department of Democratic Sustainability and Special Missions of the OAS, Christopher Hernández-Roy; and Alison August-Treppel, representing the Department of Public Security of the OAS. Managing Director Leffler was accompanied by the Head of the Political Section for the Americas of the External Action Service of the European Union, Denise Chaibi; and the Alternate Observer of the European Union to the OAS, Despina Manos.
