Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. OAS Secretary General Meets with Parliamentary Committee on International Affairs of the Netherlands

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today held a meeting with the Parliamentary Committee on International Affairs of the Netherlands, as part of his visit this week to several countries in Europe.
During the private meeting, the OAS leader and the members of the Committee exchanged views on political and economic events in the Americas. The cooperation between the Netherlands and the OAS was also a topic of conversation, as well as the financial support from the European country for major projects such as the Organization’s Mission to Support the Peace Process in Colombia (MAPP) and the Judicial Facilitators Program, among others.
The Secretary General expressed his gratitude for the support and funding that the Netherlands has offered for decades to the hemispheric institution on issues and situations of fundamental importance. During the meeting, the members of the Committee highlighted the experience and leadership of the Secretary General and his contributions to the regional political debate.
