Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Participates in Presentation of Truth and Reconciliation Commission Report in Honduras

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today participated in Tegucigalpa in the presentation of the report by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (CVR), which investigated the events surrounding the coup d'état in Honduras that deposed President José Manuel Zelaya on June 28, 2009.
The presentation was presided by Eduardo Stein, former Vice President of Guatemala and CVR coordinator, with the presence of the President of Honduras, Porfirio Lobo. The report was presented before the heads of the country's three State branches of power, the diplomatic corps, mayors, officials, business people, the media, and members of Honduran civil society.
