Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Met with President of Bolivia

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, visited the President of Bolivia, Evo Morales, at the Quemado Palace, where the government of the South American country is headquartered.
During the meeting, the two spoke about preparations for the next OAS General Assembly, to be held in the Bolivian city of Cochabamba in June of this year.
In his visit to La Paz, Secretary General Insulza also met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bolivia, David Choquehuanca, to coordinate the specifics of the Assembly.
