Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS and Russia's Central Electoral Commission Sign Cooperation Agreement

The Organization of American States (OAS) and the Central Electoral Commission of the Russian Federation today signed a framework cooperation agreement to exchange information and experiences on electoral processes. The agreement will serve as the basis for joint activities between the two agencies.
The document, first of its kind between the two institutions, was signed in Moscow by the head of the OAS Department for Cooperation and Electoral Observation (DECO), Pablo Gutiérrez, and the President of the Russian Electoral Commission, Alexandr Churov, at the European agency's headquarters.
