Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Meets with Representatives of the Alliance of Pan American Round Tables

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today welcomed a group of members of the Alliance of Pan American Round Tables, a non-profit organization for women that works to promote culture, peace and education in the Hemisphere.
In his presentation, Secretary General Insulza spoke about the history of the OAS, its areas of work, priorities and structure, highlighting that the issues it deals with have evolved to adapt to the realities of the hemisphere.
During the meeting with the representatives of the organization registered to the OAS since 2001, held at the headquarters of the organization in Washington, DC, the Secretary General answered questions related to issues including conflict resolution, electoral observation missions, and promotion of citizen participation and security.
