Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Meets with Deputy Foreign Minister of Guatemala

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today met with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Guatemala, Carlos Raúl Morales, and the Executive Secretary for Peace of Guatemala and adviser to President Otto Perez Molina, Antonio Arenales Forno.
During the meeting, which took place at the headquarters of the OAS in Washington, DC, the three discussed the current political context in the hemisphere as well as issues related to the upcoming OAS General Assembly, to be held in Cochabamba, Bolivia, from June 3 to 5.
