Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. Joint Meeting of the Permanent Council and the Inter-American Council for Integral Development of the OAS to Commemorate International Women’s Day

The Permanent Council and the Inter-American Council for Integral Development of the of the Organization of American States (OAS) will hold a joint meeting on Wednesday, March 8 at 09:30 EST (14:30 GMT) in the Hall of the Americas at OAS headquarters in Washington, D.C ,.to commemorate International Women’s Day under the theme “Gender Equality in Climate Action in the Americas.”

The meeting will be broadcast live - with interpretation in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese- on the OAS Website and the OAS Facebook page
Representatives of the media interested in attending the meeting in person must wear a face mask, keep safe distance whenever possible, and present an identity document and COVID- 19 vaccination card. Due to restrictions due to the pandemic, access to the press will be limited and spaces will be occupied strictly by order of arrival.
