Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. OAS Permanent Council Commemorates the International Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Slavery and the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade

The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will hold a special session on Wednesday, March 22 at 10:00 EDT (15:00 GMT) in the Hall of the Americas at OAS headquarters in Washington, D.C., to commemorate the
"International Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Slavery and the Transatlantic Slave Trade" and "Combating the Racism Inherited from Slavery through Transformative Education in the Americas".

The meeting will be broadcast live - with interpretation in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese- on the OAS Website and the OAS Facebook page
Representatives of the media interested in attending the meeting in person must wear a face mask, keep safe distance whenever possible, and present an identity document and COVID- 19 vaccination card. Due to restrictions due to the pandemic, access to the press will be limited and spaces will be occupied strictly by order of arrival.
