Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

Brazil’s Minister of Policies for the Promotion of Racial Equality, Matilde Ribeiro, will host a media conference tomorrow, Friday, October 21, at 10:30 a.m., to discuss the findings from the implementation of affirmative action policies in her country.
Prior to meeting with media representatives, the Minister will meet with OAS Secretary General José Miguel Insulza. Later on Friday afternoon she will participate at an Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) hearing.
