Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

The Organization of American States (OAS) will hold the Civil Society Hemispheric Forum May 5-6, 2010, at its headquarters in Washington D.C.
The meeting, organized by the OAS Department of International Affairs, seeks to stimulate discussion, exchange ideas and propose recommendations on the theme of the 40 OAS General Assembly: “Peace, Security and Cooperation in the Americas” from civil society organizations (CSOs) who actively participate in OAS activities.
Three parallel workshops will address the issues of multidimensional security issues in the Americas; the promotion of human rights and the strengthening of democracy, in particular the prevention, management and resolution of conflicts and crises; and cooperation for development.
Recommendations from civil society representatives will be presented to the Committee on Inter-American Summits Management and Civil Society Participation in OAS Activities (CISC) of the Permanent Council, where civil society representatives will have the opportunity to exchange ideas on the subjects of the Inter-American agenda.
