OAS Permanent Council to Analyze Political and Social Crisis in Nicaragua and to Discuss Resolution on the Human Rights Situation in Venezuela

The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, August 28 at 10:00 EDT (14:00 GMT) in Simon Bolívar Hall at OAS headquarters in Washington, D.C., to analyze the “political and social crisis in Nicaragua” and to discuss a “Resolution on the Human Rights Situation in Venezuela,” among other topics.
