OAS Permanent Council Commemorates Birth of Simón Bolívar and Meets in a Regular Session on Thursday, July 21, 2011

The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will meet in a protocolary session on Thursday, July 21, 2011, at 10:30 EDT (14:30 GMT) in the Simón Bolívar Hall of Organization headquarters in Washington, DC, to commemorate the birth of the Liberator Simón Bolívar.

Immediately afterwards, the Council will meet in a regular session at 11:00 EDT (15:00 GMT).

The two meetings’ agendas are available here. Please note that changes to either agenda may yet be made until the start of each meeting.

Both meetings will be broadcast live on the OAS Website.
