Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Secretary General to Attend CELAC Summit in Havana

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, will attend the Second Summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) to be held in Havana, Cuba on January 28 and 29.
Insulza accepted the invitation extended by the Cuban government in its capacity as Secretary Pro Tempore of CELAC.
Secretary General Insulza attended last year the First CELAC Summit held in Santiago, Chile.
