The Mission, which observed the legislative elections and the first round of the presidential vote, will emphasize the issues of electoral organization and technology and will continue the analysis done in May of other key aspects of the process, such as campaign financing and electoral justice. After the election, it will present a consolidated report that will include findings and recommendations of the electoral process on the whole.
