Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. OAS Secretary General Congratulates New Secretary General of CARICOM

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today congratulated Ambassador Irwin Larocque on his appointment as the new Secretary General of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), and expressed his wish to further the “very warm and friendly relations at all levels” that the OAS and CARICOM enjoy.
In a letter addressed to Ambassador Larocque, the head of the hemispheric organization said the decision by CARICOM Heads of Government to appoint him as head of the regional institution “is a reflection of your wide ranging expertise in the public service and your vision of and commitment to the regional integration process in the Caribbean.” He added that “you have been an active participant in some of the more recent discussions for the strengthening of the regional integration movement, one of the oldest in the world,” and that “I am therefore confident that you will bring a new and refreshing perspective on advancing the CARICOM integration process in the 21st century.”
Secretary General Insulza also wrote that he was anxious to meet with the new Secretary General of CARICOM and looks forward to strengthening the ties between the two organizations.
