Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

Dr. Douglas B. Marlowe presented the "Manual for Scientific Monitoring and Evaluation: Drug Treatment Courts in the Americas". The purpose of this manual is to incentivize more empirical research and to monitor and evaluate DTC's processes and outcomes. In addition, the Center for Court Innovation's Diagnostic Studies of Drug Treatment Courts in Barbados, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Panama, Trinidad and Tobago were presented.
