Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS places a priority on promoting the development of human capital in the region. The Organization plays an important role in helping the peoples of the Americas reach their fullest potentials as citizens, through several successful programs in place, such as capacity-building, online courses, forums, training of public officials, and others. The OAS also recognizes the need to establish a solid foundation for the future of young men and women through expanded opportunities for education and employment. Its efforts include a Scholarship Program that provides opportunities for citizens of member countries to expand or update their knowledge in fields related to OAS priorities.
