On November 30, 2022, with the presence and support of the ES-CICAD/OAS, through the Institutional Strengthening Unit, the inter-institutional agreement of the Therapeutic Justice Program was signed between the authorities of the state of Chiapas. Also, the Pilot Program was officially launched. At said event, the Governor of the State, the President of the Superior Court of Justice, the head of the National Commission on Addictions of the Ministry of Health, and the representative of the INL Office of the U.S. Embassy were present.
