The validation process of the Regional Communication Mechanism on Licit Transfer of Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives and other Related Material (MCTA) started with the I Virtual Validation Workshop to present the structure and objectives of the mechanism, and the validation methodology, as well as to create the working groups that analyzed the technical specification in detail.
