The Executive Secretariat of the Inter-American Drug Abuse Control Commission (ES-CICAD), in coordination with the OAS School of Governance, will launch the Virtual Course: "Basic Principles for the Implementation of the Therapeutic Justice Program", in which Mexican operators will learn the background and fundamental principles of therapeutic justice, the identification of treatment models and tools for monitoring and evaluation. The modules will emphasize the legal framework, the components of intervention, the importance of motivation towards change, the application of a human rights approach, social reintegration, and the technical assistance necessary for the success of this training program.

This training initiative is supported by the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL).
